Hey there!

My name’s John Smith (really) and I’m a hobbyist musician making songs that aim to echo my inner world— Dreamy, bold, and full of heart. I’ve always used sound as a way to process, connect, and make sense of life’s turning points: I also like to have fun with it! My music lives between the lines: joy & grief, nostalgia & becoming, so on and so forth. My inspirations come from queer culture, the glittery pop & dance music i was raised on, years of chorale & vocal jazz involvement, a love for the sounds of retro gaming, and a deep well of personal experience.

Music creation is an extremely intuitive process for me (perhaps the Pisces sun and rising). I don't just make dance remixes, I build immersive little worlds to get lost in.
